From the post:

>After an unseasonably warm winter, the Denver Board of Water Commissioners has announced mandatory watering restrictions ranging from watering gardens to service in restaurants. As Denver looks to reduce water use by 20% in the next year, the city is asking restaurants to "serve water only upon request." The new regulations are something restaurant owner Juan Pedro says he understands but wishes he had more notice about ahead of time.

This used to be a law 30 years ago in Colorado. I loved it, since I drink tea and not water. The needless class do water that gets thrown down the drain is pointless.

Yeah, honestly I don't have a problem with this at all. Most places already do this.

No place in Texas does. San Antonio I think just leaves the faucets on all the time because fuck you. All the water down that sewer they call the river walk? All viable drinking water from reservoirs. Don’t go calculate how much water a day. Trust me. But muh mexican river walk.
