This used to be a law 30 years ago in Colorado. I loved it, since I drink tea and not water. The needless class do water that gets thrown down the drain is pointless.

No place in Texas does. San Antonio I think just leaves the faucets on all the time because fuck you. All the water down that sewer they call the river walk? All viable drinking water from reservoirs. Don’t go calculate how much water a day. Trust me. But muh mexican river walk.

I run my shower while I use the bathroom because fuck you. I like the sound. I also live in a water abundant area because I'm not retarded and know it's essential. I do not want some fuck sitting at a desk hundreds of miles away telling me if I can turn my water on or not.
