Boulder is a college town. A party college town. In a blue area with a ton of druggies.

No shit there is a bunch of date-rape going on as well as murder. Never allow your kids to go to a place like this. 30 years ago it was probably safe. Today, you have a 1 in 5 chance your kid is dead/raped/etc in the first year.
