Ok. So. The fucking morons are going to replace "Flock" with a equally bad/evil company because of "reasons". Maybe its owned by black people or something?

Now. All of the money invested into the system is a complete waste and more money will be needed to remove and replace the entire system.

I am not pro-flock. This is just stupid. They are just doing the same thing but with a different company because "flock bad". Like any other system will be any better or less corrupt? Maybe they will really fuck us and buy it from China.

From the post:

>The City of Denver is signaling it intends to replace Flock Safety as its license plate camera vendor following months of controversy over the city's contract with the company, 9NEWS has learned. Mayor Mike Johnston's office has issued an informal request for proposals, asking companies to submit bids for the surveillance camera contract, the city confirmed Friday. The move marks a change in direction for Johnston, who has defended the cameras as an essential public safety tool and twice bypassed City Council approval to extend Denver's contract with Flock.
