The airport allows the 15% markup because of the crazy rent that is charged. They should reduce the rent and force the companies to sell items at the same price as their other Denver locations. I watched the interview with the concessions director, she should be a lawyer, defending the cost increases when it is the airport that makes it more expensive to operate a business, but skimming over the fact that the price problems start at the airport’s insane rent policies.
