Is there a death tax in Colorado? There isn't in Texas, and they voted that into the state constitution last round. As for the IRS there still is like a what, 12m not taxable?

Most states still have the "death tax" and even federal claims they don't but to a small degree they do but it is at a amount higher than XXXX. I don't remember the number but they still try to fuck you if your family has "generational" anything.
