I’ve always contended that no sane person could wantonly murder others. Self defense, war time…those are different. But for one to threaten and kill another unprovoked, that person must have something wrong with them.
So most murders are committed by those with some level of insanity. At the end of the day, though, society must be protected, and their insanity is irrelevant. They are a threat that is a net negative to the world.

Photos of the victims, but not the perpetrator. Also, that website is cancer. “News” organizations should be ashamed to throw up that many ads when you’re just trying to read a story. I don’t need the CGI ads of giant asses and old people dying in their beds first thing in the morning.
I swear, yesterday I was trying to read an article in a different local news site and I had to exit 4 ads just to read the first paragraph.
