They start charging people to park and rideshare. Less people park because why fucking pay everyday to park, just drive yourself. Revenue doesn't meet projections, prices go up and less people park until the entire thing is shut down and becomes a Dollar General.

Pretty much. They don't seem to understand that those that would "park and ride" so they don't have to pay for parking in the city... Will just say "Fuck it, ill pay for the parking in the city and my commute will take less than half the time".
