Again, taxing more is their only solution when they created the problem. Local regulations makes home ownership more expensive, so do property taxes. Then the feds and their interest rates make it out of reach for most Americans. But illegals still get free housing and healthcare here in Colorado.

Homes that sit empty throughout the year could be taxed by local governments in Colorado to help pay for affordable housing

...for migrants and low income niggers. Whites need not apply.

Part of the goal behind a vacancy tax, supporters say, is to incentivize renting those homes to locals.

I am going to rent out my multi million dollar vacation home to locals who'll probably trash it? Nope.

This is the biggest issue. People who have a second home want to be able to use it, with a local living in it they are never able to use a very expensive home. And then the quality of the locals, they won’t be able to pay fair market rent, on a multi-million dollar home that would be $10,000 per month. And then it’s the damage they will do and all the homeless junkies they allow to live with them. It’s a stupid argument. If a person intends to never use a house, they would sell it or consider renting it out, but they aren’t going to rent to locals, they’ll rent to people with enough income to pay the massive rents and will be less likely to trash the place.

If the owners rent to anyone, it'll be other millionaires. Worst case lone it out to their friends. There might be a market for paying someone to live in it in the off season but these blue state commie fucks will find a way to tax that too.
