I want more data. This says nothing about what type of "toxic culture" exists. Are they simply being asked to do their jobs? Are they not "Woke enough"? (The non-Woke don't usually bitch this much).
This feels like a bunch of commie faggots are pissed off they are not being allowed to be commie faggots. I will stand corrected if/when more data is available but with how vague this article is, I can only assume its lefty propaganda.
