Often, the cops do actually arrest people and jail them. It's the DA's and others that let them out making the cops effort worth fuck-all so all of the "good cops" leave states like this. It is by design but the left really fucking hates it when you point it out.

Wyoming has border billboards saying things like "Join Wyoming PD. Where we still enforce the law". Commierado has been extremely pissed about that for over a year now.

So, in that area at least, some vigilante could go around cleaning up the mess and it won't be called in because it is just a noise complaint.

Yeah, when gunshots and other violent noises are persistent, people stop calling the police because that doesn’t stop the criminal behavior, especially in an ultra liberal town where they don’t send police out for noise complaints.
