One of my favorite restaurants in a foreign wilderness was very successful. You could get a nice dinner for a few dollars. A health department here would have shut it down in a hot minute. Good food. Never saw anybody run out on a check. Never saw an order sent back. Never got sick. Always busy. Maybe we could learn from this in the US. Guess what they did not have.
