This is all because of spics and niggers. Throw the little fuckers in jail for 6 months, take their dirt bike and auction it off. Ban them from owning one (probation) if they get caught with one again they go to a jail for 10 years. That might sound harsh but these "yuths" are almost always committing other crimes when doing this shit.
