Garett Mullins used the social media names "420 Minister" and "I Am Foundation Church" to make connections and sell pot in Fort Collins and other areas along the Front Range, according to Fort Collins Police. Mullins was taken into custody Thursday and is being held in the Larimer County jail without bail. He was arrested on suspicion of unlawful distribution of marijuana to a minor.
