Around 5 p.m. April 10, officers with the Lone Tree Police Department contacted Nathan Johnson at the IMT at RidgeGate Apartments, located at 9980 Trainstation Circle, after a suspicious person report. Johnson was ultimately arrested on a misdemeanor theft charge for stealing from the management office, Lone Tree Police said. The arresting officer said he issued Johnson a trespass notice, which Johnson signed and took a copy with him. The notice banned him from any property associated with the IMT Apartments and included the parking garage.
