>A Longmont gluten-free baking company is now in business with one of the sharks from the popular show “Shark Tank.”
Chennelle Diong, an owner of GoodLove Foods, appeared in the most recent episode of the series where businesses pitch their product to a group of investors. Diong took the stage in front of six sharks, or investors, and pitched her gluten-free bakery that sells frozen gluten-free products like cinnamon rolls, biscuits and puff pastries.
On the show, Diong said she “cracked the code” for gluten-free products that taste good. She created frozen, ready-to-bake products, and said people would have to check the package to make sure it’s actually gluten free.
