I suggest you put criminals in jail rather than telling businesses they can't do business. Just a (better) idea.

Also, thats a part of Federal Bvld that most of the signs are not in English.... Take that for what you will.

From the post:

>From drug use, drug deals and fights, the city of Denver decided not to renew the liquor license for Avondale Liquors because of persistent problems with crime in and around the property. The longtime liquor store location at 1365 Federal Boulevard was acquired by a new owner approximately five years ago. But over the last several years, neighbors have complained about a criminal element loitering around the area. In October, 9NEWS interviewed neighbors who said the liquor store attracted people who would get intoxicated then sleep on their porches and walk through their backyards.

This is how idiocracy works: no one dares acknowledge the real problem, rather they inflict pain or punish people who appear to indirectly contribute to the problem. It's much easier to punish law abiding citizens than people who don't give a shit about laws.

And it is Denver, after all

Yep, that sounds about right. Blame anything but the criminal. That would be "racist" and "discrimination".

I used to love telling people that I was from Colorado; now it's just embarrassing.
