Unions have done some great things for the country but any more they feel like they are harming it.
That is a personal opinion. I still see their use and why they should exist but I am sick of seeing Union "leaders" getting hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to "negotiate" for the workers and with the company. Seems like the only people that win are usually the Union leaders and the company, with rare exceptions.
Post your experiences and tell me if I am wrong.

The union said they've reached a return-to-work agreement with the company, and their strike ends at 11:59 p.m. Monday. Striking workers can begin returning to their stores as soon as midnight Tuesday morning, and must return for their scheduled shifts no later than 5 a.m. Thursday.
