The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Colorado shared video of the man being led away in handcuffs last week in a tweet that characterized him as a suspected Tren de Aragua gang member.
According to his arrest affidavit filed in Adams County District Court, Commerce City Police initially suspected the man may have kidnapped a woman for ransom after he attempted to confront two other women on a light rail last week.
