According to a Crime Stoppers bulletin, police in Lakewood said the first instance occurred on New Year's Day at about 3 p.m. A woman told police she was running on the Bear Creek Trail between Fox Hollow Golf Course and South Kipling Parkway when the suspect, riding the electric mini-bike, came up from behind her and slapped her on the buttocks.
