Not like this is new or anything. In the Denver metro the apartment you rent changes price DAILY if not faster.
If you are at a "low demand" time, you get a better monthly rate than someone that rents a few days later. It's kind of fucked up.
Landlords always try to get the most rent they can, supply and demand… the problem now is that allowing millions of illegals into our country is driving up demand.
I don't understand why people don't get this.
Criminal illegal aliens as well as legal immigrants cause housing prices to go up everywhere. You don't like what food and rent costs? You should be in favor of mass deportation and even signing up to do it yourself, there will be plenty of new jobs at ICE I am guessing...
