Pointing a firearm with NO threat is not only a crime and Really stupid but it is a good chance to get Shot for being the aggressor. PSA of a horn honk makes you crazy/stupid, do not carry a firearm.
The unfortunate part is that if you did shoot her and you were justified it would still be a giant pain in the ass legally.
