State law does not limit powers relegated to the Fed. They relegated immigration power to the fed to bring them in so they cannot limit the fed from throwing them out.

I hate much of the federal overreaching powers, but this is an area it is needed. As long as there is an expectation of reciprocity and interstate movement, Colorado and places like it do not get to set policy like this. They do not have the ability to unilaterally decide who is legal in the US.
