At least 3 fires started near the Denver metro in the last week. Probably another 3 around the state. It's that time of year. Stay safe everyone. Be packed with go-bags and know where your animals are so you can leave in 1 minute if you have to. When the wind changes sometimes you have only a minute or two to get out before everything goes up. Large fires make their own weather and it is something to see in person but very, very, scary if you have seen one or been in one.
