STOP GIVING PIECE OF SHIT CRIMINALS MORE CHANCES TO HURT PEOPLE.
There, I fixed it for you Colorado/Denver. "If it saves just one life". Yeah, leave the fucking criminals locked up. One life would have been saved if this criminal piece of shit was still locked up. If you murder someone at that age.. You are never going to be reformed.
Don't try to give me some sad fucking story about growing up "rough" or something like that. There are plenty of people that grew up on hard times in hard places that didn't turn into criminal murdering pieces of shit before they are even 18. No sympathy, charge as an adult and send them to a state that still executes murders.

>The 14-year-old boy charged with killing a Denver bar bouncer last month was repeatedly released from custody in a preceding juvenile case over the objection of prosecutors who thought he posed a danger to the community, according to court records obtained by The Denver Post.
The teenager was also wanted on a warrant at the time of the killing that would have kept him temporarily jailed without bond had he been arrested, records show.
