They claim that the train conductor was negligent, I on the other hand think the guy on the bike that in total maybe was around 320 lbs max is a fucking moron and should be more concerned about a light rail train that could way a few tons. If you are near things like cars/trucks/trains/etc and you are a squishy meat bag you should probably pay better attention you fucking moron. This reeks of someone just trying to win the 'nigger lottery' by suing the state/RTD because their family member was a fucking moron. I am willing to bet that this is thrown out after video shows up with him ignoring signals and trying to pass through the crossing without paying attention.
