Its something more local and I don't think they are a national thing so I don't know if they are under the same brand. It was a large collection of outlet shops though.

Ah, one of those. That might actually have a real outlet store or two. Maybe.

Could be, I have not been back to them for at least 6 years so I would not bet on it.
