About 2:30 a.m. June 7, a home security camera caught a man, later identified as 51-year-old Nimroid Boles Folsom, arriving to the Boulder residence wearing a jacket, a tutu, women's stockings, glasses and a beanie, according to an arrest affidavit. Folsom left the porch but returned just after 3 a.m., the affidavit said. This time Folsom had taken off the tutu and was sitting pantless on the patio furniture with a laptop open, according to the affidavit. The last video showed Folsom completely naked except for the women's stockings.

This is one of the more tame crimes that have been reported out of Boulder lately.

They have been looking for this guy for over a week since he was reported as following women home. They probably only went after him because they knew he was going to rape or kill a woman and they don't want that headline....

Any longer and people could have started posting "streak of the week" pictures on this guy.
