I don’t agree with the government nor tax dollars getting involved in housing. The government caused this crisis with unrestricted illegal immigration, monkeying with interest rates and bureaucratic red tape for building anything worthwhile. Again, the government stepping in to “fix” a mess they caused and making us pay for it.
