Right, You get crime status down (Colorado ranked as 3rd most dangerous state in the US a couple of days ago) by just not recording or punishing it? Oh yeah, we found that if you don't go after "low level" crime it creates high level crime.

That low level crime? Could be a broken tail light or a out of date registration. The crime they missed? The car is stolen and being used for gang activity (common in the Denver metro).

They even openly admit they are taking after cities that have gone completely to shit after implementing similar policies.
