Exactly who do you think these "unlicensed food vendors" are? If you guessed Criminal Illegal Aliens then you are probably right. Deport every last one of them. No exceptions, no asylum. Check out that picture. Those are hotdogs wrapped in bacon in a cardboard box inches from the ground and where your feet would be. There is no possible way that this is even slightly sanitary and you can bet they don't store anything properly. If you want to eat some 3rd world style hot-dog's I guess it's up to you but I would not suggest it.
