If there is a shortcut, why don’t they allow people to use it all day long?

Its a high altitude one-way dirt road. Most people (even in CO) are too stupid to drive something like that without ending up dead.

Thanks, It didn’t make sense, and there are rules for navigating one way roads, but I guess you’re right, idiots will kill themselves or others because they’re idiots.
