This dumb fuck apparently didn't want his neighbors cows grazing on/near his property. That's all fine and whatnot. However, In Colorado as well as MANY states out west... You are responsible for fencing in your property to keep grazing animals out of your property. The animal does not know where the property line is. This dip-shit apparently REMOVED a fence on his property previously and is now mad the cows can get onto his land. (History lesson, read about the Johnson county war in the late 1800's in Wyoming). He is a moron as well as a jackass. I don't think he really needs jail time but paying 10x market value for every animal he killed and to be forced to erect a fence on his property would be fairly reasonable. Well, he did apparently shoot over a highway.. So maybe 3-6 months in a country jail is not such a bad idea.
