Just another mentally deranged creep. This is part of why no one wants to use public transit in America. They say "White or hispanic". Yeah, he looks hispanic to me. Guess we will see when he eventually is arrested. There is a good chance he is a criminal illegal alien as well with how many are in the Denver metro now.

According to police, the first exposure took place at the Regional Transportation District’s stop at 38th and Blake streets, which is a part of the A Line train route, at about 7:34 p.m. on Feb. 28. The second exposure was reported to have taken place on April 1 at approximately 10:05 a.m. at Union Station, which is also one of the A Line route stops.
