I’m skeptical, it sounds like a great idea to allow homeowners to choose it, but Colorado is the new California, so it might be a bad idea. Perhaps they’re going to force it so that building costs climb even higher, and everyone will be forced onto the streets or into section 8.

There's the catch. It's going to be forced with regulations that will cost far more than it should, and you'll need more taxed permits to do it!
