If you need a SAFETY SHIELD to drive a fucking bus. Maybe you should be arresting more criminals and keeping them in jail so that the BUS DRIVERS don't have to worry about getting shot, stabbed or robbed. Just a thought.. you absolute fucking morons.

That or just end the bus lines in the area's with the most crime.. Continue to do so until there are no Bus lines at all. Empower the citizens to take care of the problem...

From the post: "The Regional Transportation District (RTD) showcased new safety shields at its job fair Thursday in hopes of attracting bus driver applicants.

RTD's 142 new buses feature the shield, and shields were installed in an additional 128 older buses. The shields can be opened and closed depending on the driver's comfort.

"It's a reinforced safety glass with steel, adding that extra protection against anything that could be thrown," said RTD Communications Officer Tina Jaquez."

I saw a few homes for 400k, but yeah probably dieverse areas. I'm not a CO local, just visit family out that way about once a year. Even shacks an hour out along I-70 are valued at $400k or more.

Yeah, Prices anywhere in the metro are shit. Its become the comiefornia of the west and the prices match with the shitheads that have moved into the area buying property in cash 40-80k above asking in cash.
