If you need a SAFETY SHIELD to drive a fucking bus. Maybe you should be arresting more criminals and keeping them in jail so that the BUS DRIVERS don't have to worry about getting shot, stabbed or robbed. Just a thought.. you absolute fucking morons.
That or just end the bus lines in the area's with the most crime.. Continue to do so until there are no Bus lines at all. Empower the citizens to take care of the problem...

"The Regional Transportation District (RTD) showcased new safety shields at its job fair Thursday in hopes of attracting bus driver applicants.
RTD's 142 new buses feature the shield, and shields were installed in an additional 128 older buses. The shields can be opened and closed depending on the driver's comfort.
