The Commerce City Police Department (CCPD) said the shooting happened around 2 a.m. near East 72nd Avenue and Magnolia Street. That area is a couple blocks east of Highway 2. When CCPD officers and paramedics arrived they found a young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics rushed the young man away to a hospital. Police said the victim was in critical condition."
