They claim you can't look at someone and judge if they may or may not be a criminal. I challenge you to look at that picture and not immediately think "well yeah, he's probably a fucking criminal". When someone shows/tells you what they are... You should probably believe them.

According to the post, Pacheco is wanted in connection with a shooting on March 9 in the 700 block of Mangold Lane in Fort Collins. Police were called to apartments in that area at 11:15 p.m. on a report of someone having been shot.
