Yeah, Just look at the language they are using "To help contain the sport".

When someone tells you who they are or what they are doing.. listen.

Why would you use language like that if it was not about limiting action/gathering/etc or to try to build lists. There may be some good behind the idea but its clear that this is to centralize and control these "actions".

Good quotes.

"I am from the government, and I am here to help". - Be very concerned.

"There is nothing more permanent than a temporary government program". - We are going to steal your labor/life/money and give it to people that hate you.

If you have the land it doesn't take much to set up your own range.

Several of my Dad's friends had them back when I was a kid.

Shooting benches & rests are available on Ebay & backstops can just be big piles of dirt.

I was raised to not look to the state for anything. My Dad and his buddies were all JBS. The stuff they warned me about back in the day is all coming to pass.
