Sure, that could be part of it. The vast majority of why that is the case though is that NO ONE wants to be around the open drug markets, massive homeless camps, literal human shit on the sidewalk..etc. But sure, blame the people that can work remotely so they don't have to be around that shit. Not the failed policies of a communist/socialist/liberal/progressive city/state.
