I guess they are trying to claim this is based on Sexual orientation. However, since this is also related to religion.. A customer should not be able to force anyone to provide service if their religion does not allow for it. This has already been tested and found true with Pharmacies in the US. A pharmacist can refuse to sell you a plan-b or abortion pill if it is against their religion.

These alphabet mafia fucks keep targeting this guy. They want him ruined and publicly shamed because he disagrees with who/how they want to fuck.

From the post: "The announcement by the Colorado Supreme Court is the latest development in the yearslong legal saga involving Jack Phillips and LGBTQ+ rights.

Phillips won a partial victory before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018 after refusing to make a gay couple’s wedding cake.

He was later sued by Autumn Scardina, a transgender woman, after Phillips and his suburban Denver bakery refused to make a pink cake with blue frosting for her birthday and to celebrate her gender transition."

Most people don't know this but the faggots that sued him the first time around were LOOKING for a Christian bakery that would refuse them. They traveled half way across the state and called something like 40+ bakeries before they found him and he denied them. Then they took him to court and tried to "get rich" off of it.
