Just after 1 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a report of a dead woman at the 8400 block of Sheridan Boulevard in Westminster, at the Toscana Apartment Complex. According to a news release from the Westminster Police Department, the woman’s body had been found by her roommate in their home that afternoon."
