This young (the investigation has been going for 2 years, he was 17-18 when arrested). Already committing or attempting to commit murder multiple times. He clearly got a plea deal (sentencing is not until Nov. 21st). If there is clear evidence and it can be proved without a doubt then lock him up and throw away the key. Committing crimes like this at such a young age means you are broken beyond repair and should be removed from society. The US should just buy some Island out in the middle of the ocean to ship violent criminals like this. Just give them a weeks worth of food and water.. Maybe a shovel. Setup cameras all over the place and market it as a survival show. Only.. Don't rescue them if they are in danger of death.
