If you remember the 16 year old with a "serious felony warrant" from another area trying to register for school in Denver, well this is a follow-up. Not only were they wanted for MURDER but they also attempted to resist arrest when registering for school in a different part of the city.. Guess what. They are "allowed" to return to school apparently.

Other notes, This kid is 16. They attempted to kill someone in a execution style shot to the head from just feet away. Also, no description so you know the kid is not White.

From the post: "As expulsions of students inside Denver Public Schools continue to plummet, some schools are finding it difficult to expel students accused of even the most violent crimes, according to an ongoing 9NEWS investigation.

Last semester, DPS denied a request to expel a McAuliffe International School student accused of taking part in an attempted murder in Denver.

This week, DPS denied a similar request to expel a 16-year-old accused of an attempted murder in Commerce City."

Well, by their own logic he should be kicked out of school. He resisted arrest when trying to register at another school. While on school grounds. I would think that resisting arrest for a violent crime while on school grounds would count.
