And the courts have decided "Fuck you". None of these people live in areas where they will be impacted by these decisions. They live in gated communities with private security and have their groceries delivered. They wont be living in a community where they allow a suspected murder bond-out. Liberal/progressive policies destroy every single place they are implemented.

From the post: "Colorado's highest court ruled that every defendant, including those accused of heinous crimes, has right to bond as they await trial. But some believe this right puts the community at risk."

Err...yeah, I agree with allowing bond, unless the existing evidence is sufficient to assume guilt, and even that is a stretch of fundamental rights. But it's one I could get on board with if the rules are clear and applied equally.

Innocent until proven guilty, and fuck you if you disagree, tyrant.

Innocent until proven guilty is complete circumvented by only allowing guilty or not guilty as pleadings. Not guilty is different from innocent as they apply to different things (in rem vs in personam). Since all men are presumed to be persons and 14th amendment citizens they can say both function as essentially the same thing; but in reality they are very different and operate under completely different jurisdictions.

The fuckheads that shot up the boulder king supers on camera would be able to be eligible for bond under this ruling as well as the 2012 movie theater shooter and the club q shooter.
