Err...yeah, I agree with allowing bond, unless the existing evidence is sufficient to assume guilt, and even that is a stretch of fundamental rights. But it's one I could get on board with if the rules are clear and applied equally.

Innocent until proven guilty is complete circumvented by only allowing guilty or not guilty as pleadings. Not guilty is different from innocent as they apply to different things (in rem vs in personam). Since all men are presumed to be persons and 14th amendment citizens they can say both function as essentially the same thing; but in reality they are very different and operate under completely different jurisdictions.
The fuckheads that shot up the boulder king supers on camera would be able to be eligible for bond under this ruling as well as the 2012 movie theater shooter and the club q shooter.
