Having an expensive bike in Boulder is a liability. It is also amazing how many people don't lock up their bikes since they are just going into a gas station for a minute. It takes a second for someone to walk up, grab the bike and ride away. You could take 3 minutes and your bike will be 5-6 blocks away already.
