This one is a little older but its an update. The shooting was reported on March 15, 2023.

"Jayden Garcia, 16, and Dakarei Jackson Edwards, 17, each face five counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a handgun by a juvenile. The two are scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. on May 4."

Back in the '70's I used to think about how lucky people were living in Colorado. Now it's Chicago with mountains.

Worst auto theft and break in rate in the entire country. The crime this last year broke crime records set in the mid 90's. Shootings in the Denver Metro are more or less a daily thing now.

Downtown Denver is almost a no-go zone unless some big political or sports event is going on and they clear out all of the homeless & drug markets so it doesnt accidentally end up in the national news.

All of the hipsers and their IPA beers still think its mecca though.
