Too much legal bullshit. When you are standing on another mans property, business or land ... You should have a healthy fear and respect. You are in his own realm. He rules. The law broadly should respect that ofcourse there exceptions but broadly that is the case.
Less government less laws, less enforcement and dramatically more local-level action and power. Push decisions down to the lowest level possible. That is the individual... Then the family... Then the local community...
